THE FOLLOWING PLANES ARE FOR SALE

These  planes are made from rare or beautiful  woods. The availability of these woods is unreliable, so are  sold as they are made. All specialty planes are fully functional like the production planes but are finished to a much higher standard using special scrapers and very fine sandpaper.    To purchase a plane please submit an Order form.

The following gallery of photos shows previously made planes and mallets in a selection of specialty woods.  These woods are superb for making planes,  and make the tool desirable for collecting due to the rarity  or exquisite beauty of the wood.   HNT Gordon planes can be made to order in these woods as long as it is available.  Planes made from Snakewood and Pink Ivory are limited and numbered to 100 in each plane type.
