These planes are made from rare or beautiful woods. The
availability of these woods is unreliable, so are sold as they
are made. The plane in the photo is the plane for
sale. All specialty planes are fully functional like the
production planes but are finished to a much higher standard using
special scrapers and very fine sandpaper.
