This gidgee 3/4" Skewed Rebate Plane is 225mm long x 19mm wide x 60mm high. Weighs 0.5 Kg and has a 3/16” thick x 3/4” wide Tool steelblade Rc 62-64 It has a 60 degrees blade angle with a 4 degree skewfor planing.  Used for forming and cleaning up rebates along or across the grain.   The skewed blade provides for efficient shaving removal in long rebates, helps hold the left side of the plane into the corner of the rebate and helps to give a nice surface finish across the grain. Handy to use in conjunction with Hollows and Rounds to make mouldings.
