The planemaker is now working on some dado planes which are used for very quickly cutting a dado (grove) across the grain without the use of a saw or router.  Typically used for housing shelves or joinery in draw making.    These will be the first in a series of planes used for joinery. If you have any interest in these plane please let us know.
